The discovery of nose breathing
During their quest for optimizing their life, they discovered the many benefits of nose breathing (contrary to mouth breathing). For humans, this is actually the most natural way to breathe. It was groundbreaking. No other biohack had such a profound impact; sleepless nights, fatigue, and lack of focus became a thing of the past.
Mouth taping to promote nasal breathing
After trying out different ways to stimulate nose breathing, they discovered that taping the mouth—with designated mouth tape—is the simplest, yet most effective approach to promote nose breathing. After experiencing the improvement in health, life quality, and performance first hand, they felt compelled to share the discovery with the rest of humanity.
